Eric Lin

My name is Eric and I am someone who does not like humor that is bland and time. Honestly, when someone makes a joke it would have to be really funny or drawn out to make me laugh. I like to go swimming when it's summer and invite some friends over and since my birthday is a summer one I can double it as both. 

When someone needs my assistance I am usually there to bring help people. In my free time, I like to play Historical Grand Strategy games like Hoi4. When someone has a strategic mind it's much easier to sort out problems and coordinate a solution. 

One of the main hobbies that I have is learning about World History. History was one of those things that I really didn't realize that I liked until my early teen years. When the Covid Pandemic started everyone was stuck at home, so I started to watch more videos on youtube by that point, I already had an interest in history but being stuck are home with nothing but books and the Internet really flourished. 

Another of my hobbies would be trying to solve problems of any kind.  The Problems I have solved mostly are things in my own life like disorganized accounts and messy information scattered all over. Things like folders on my computers are one my of favorites. It may seem like I am weird but I like what I like.

The main career I want is to be in the military.  Specifically, I want to be in the Army. Maybe If that doesn't work out I'll join Lockheed Martin as an engineer since you know a company that manufactures weapons of mass destruction is going to be an interesting job. When rseaching the job I learned that they are one of the US Military's most important weapons manufacturers.

The reason I want to be in the Military/Arms Manufacturing is that I have seen how awesome it is to defend the country. But, I want to be in the military because it seems like an adventure and I really want to experience that.
